Needed for Registration:

1. Original Social Security Card

2. Original Birth Certificate

3. Shot Record

4. 2 Proofs of Residency in Frost District (Demco, Eatel, Water, Gas)

5. Copy of Parent Drivers Licence

6. Custody Papers if applicable

You must have all the above information in order to register. Also, you must register for KN even if you are already registered in our LA 4 Pre-K Program.

Pre-K Registration

Priority will be given to families who:

Complete all application requirements

Attend their schedule testing appointment

Live in the Frost School District

Have the greatest need based on:

Income

Test

Parent Interview data

Bring to Registration:

1. Original Social Security Card

2. Original Birth Certificate

3. Shot Record

4. 2 proofs of income for each person contributing to the house-hold income

5. 3 Proofs of Residency in Frost District (Demco, Eatel, Water, Gas)

6. Copy of Parent Drivers Licence

7. Custody Papers if applicable

8. Proof of separation if separated from spouse

9. If you receive food stamps, you must bring your food stamp verification letter - not just your card.

If you do not have all of this required information for registration, you will not be allowed to register.
